YEAAHHHHHHHHHH

According to these reviews, this movie is exactly how I thought it was going to play out: nothing PERFECT (especially not compared to The Wild Robot), but still a fun time, and the average rating is... 3.5 out of 5 stars! Yeah, unfortunately, that is not as "supa" as I was expecting, but people do seem to generally like this film, and someone even gave it a 5 out of 5 star rating, so this still could be a really good movie for the Dog Man Fandom.

The whole reason why I joined Fandom was because I noticed that pages about Dog Man in general needed updating, and I had just recently gotten back into the book series for two main reasons: the twelfth book, The Scarlet Shedder, and the fact that the Dog Man movie was on the horizon. It's been almost a full year since I joined Fandom, and finally, this new Dog Man film is less than a week away! I'm "supa" excited for this film to come out in America, and, as you probably can guess, will be watching it during opening weekend, likely with my older sister if not my whole family.

I predict this movie will take place during the events of book 1, 2, and 3. The movie could take some elements from book 1 and 2, but I think the plot of book 3 will be the main focus since when we saw the trailer we noticed some scenes where Petey doesn’t have 6 whiskers but 5 this could possibly hint us that L’il Petey might make an appearance if DreamWorks were to make a second official trailer.

I also sort of predict that Petey will have some focus of character development like in the comics but I think Flippy might be a compelling antagonist in either the third act or second act this might give us some scenes where this would be Petey’s first step into character development and become the person he is in the recent comics.
