Actually I don't really hate Boss baby and trolls that much. I watched these movies just a year ago and seem fine. the one thing I dislike about both of them is that they get sequels while the other movies I mean the underrated ones (Rise of the guardians, Mr. Peabody and Sherman etc.) don't which is unfair and doesn't make sense, and I'm waiting one day that ROTG will get a sequel. I'm glad it got sequels because the third film was it's best film with the villains stealing the film. Just because other great films didn't get sequels doesn't mean these should get hate for it. I enjoyed Mr. Peabody and Sherman, and I agree it should've gotten a sequel.
I would need you to tell me in detail what you hate about Trolls and Boss Baby and I love to hear your reasons.

Its said that the film will have Shrek, donkey and Felica go to another universe familiar to us, the universe they go to isn't said and is left ambigous so with that being said what do you all want to see in Shrek 5?
I heard that they want steamboat willie as the main villian, that could lead into a great story!
Design Shrek 2026 and New Shrek Old 2001
It looks good I love the design like The Crood 2 The New Age and Puss in Boots 2 The Last Wish also Charming
Updated this picture I did back in 2023, I removed all of the film logos (since they’re already released) (except for Shrek 5 and Madagascar 4, since they’re not released yet) and added How to Train Your Dragon (2025), The Bad Guys 2, Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie, Mice and Mystics, Ronan Boyle and the Bridge of Riddles, The Wild Robot 2, Among Us, and Kung Fu Panda 5
The villain will most likely be associated with the color Green because the six past villains are all associated with the rest of the rainbow's colors:
Farquaad: Red
Fairy Godmother: Cyan
Prince Charming: Blue/Indigo
Rumpel: Orange
Humpty: Yellow
Jack Horner: Purple
When I come to think of it, now that DreamWorks animations had improved over the years, I’m started to question whether if Shrek 5 being animated in modern DreamWorks animation would feel weird or just an improvement to the forth movie..
Because ever since Puss in Boots Two came out I sort of had high hopes that Shrek might come back but at the same time I would be interesting if the fifth movie of Shrek will be animated just like they did with Puss in Boots Two.
Brady Noon
Diamond White
Kimiko Glenn
Casper Jennings
Idris Elba
Drew Carey
Anybody got any suggestions? I don't care how many.
As you're probably aware, we are getting a fifth Shrek movie. To say my feelings about this are mixed would be a BIT of an understatement.
As much as we love a franchise, we also must acknowledge that a franchise can become stale if it carries on for too long, especially since Hollywood-and particularly the animated movie industry-has little room for inventive, new movies.
Couple this with the fact that-barring the Puss in Boots spinoffs-the mainline Shrek franchise hasn't seen significant action for WELL over a decade; and sequels that come over a decade or more after the last movie usually tend not to go over very well.
With all that in mind, the success of Puss in Boots: The Last Wish is a positive sign that our favorite green ogre will come back swinging to box-office gold.
