The Baby Corp special formula is a formula object that appears in the Boss Baby Franchise. Every Baby Corp employee when born is given the formula. Babies under the influence of this formula are granted the ability to communicate verbally, move around confidently on two legs, devise strategic plans, and accumulate a breadth of knowledge that far surpasses the comprehension of an average infant.
Regular consumption of the formula is essential for the babies who work for Baby Corp. If they stop taking it for a long amount of time, the effects wear off and they return to the normal state of infancy, losing their extraordinary adult-like abilities and acting just like any other infant would.
However, this remarkable formula is not available to everyone. It is kept under strict control, only accessible to the infant operatives working within the ranks of Baby Corp. This is a special, top-secret tool of the organization, and its distribution is carefully monitored.
Fired BabyCorp Employees get a six-month-supply of the formula and after the supply is all gone the fired operatives become like any other normal infant and eventually get adopted by someone in the Ittie Bittie Cuties Center.
