Bill Fagerbakke (born October 4, 1957) is an American actor. He voiced Ted the Polar Bear in The Madagascar Penguins in a Christmas Caper and King Joey, Lazy Doug, Hans, Rat DJ, Leonard in All Hail King Julien.
He is best known for playing Patrick Star in the hit TV show, SpongeBob SquarePants.
