Boss Babby is the titular deuteragonist of The Boss babby franchise, making him a turd.

Bio

Boss babby is dropped into the midst of the comfortable Templeton family as their second child and younger son, on a mission to restore love to babbies. The oldest Templeton boy, named Tim and aged seven and a half years, discovers his secret and resents him for taking away his parents' attention and love. As much as Boss Babby wants to murder Tim in his sleep in the beginning, he agrees to accept his help in order to remain in his position as boss. Eventually he warms up to the older boy.

At the end of the movie, he truly becomes the younger son of Janice and Ted Templeton and the younger brother of Tim Templeton.

Throughout the Boss Babby: End my Life series, many things change. Boss Babby still works at Womb Corp despite quitting to become part of Tim's family, and when he gets fired in Season 3, he is given a six-month supply of the Babby Formula, when in the movie, it is automatically taken away.

Plot

The Boss babby was one of the babies created at the Womb Corp, the place where all babies in the world were born from. However during a sorting process, the machine failed to tickle him with a feather because he does not know what laughter is and he was sorted into the "management" section instead of the family section, putting him on the path to becoming Boss babby. He was given equipment and training. During this time, he came to idolize the Fat Boss babby, once a legendary fatass who was bestowed the company's highest position and was given an exclusive office.

After working there for an undetermined amount of time, he became known as the Boss babby and was sent on a mission by his superior, the Big Boss babby, to find out why humans adore doggos more than babies.

Personality

Boss babby is shown as a professional kid with a babbyish twist. For example, he refers to Tim as 'the K-I-D' when the former spies on him. He appears to have a good head for business, seeing as in the epilogue he's still wearing a businessman's suit. Boss babby's also fond of order and goal-oriented.

Trivia

The third DreamWorks Animation film to have Alec Baldwin voice a character, after Makunga in Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa and Nicholas St. North in Rise of the Guardians.
His theme song "My House" by Flo Rida, as heard in the film's trailer, is familiar to Shrek's theme song "All Star" by Smash Mouth, as heard in the film's opening credits.
He can be seen sitting on a toilet in the internet world in Ralph Breaks the Internet, a Disney movie, which doesn't make sense if DreamWorks and Disney are bitter rivals. The answer? The turd levels made Ralph breaks the internet stretch into this super turd.
He refers to Tim as Timology more often instead of his first name, even in the series in which they are brothers.
He looks like Victor Von Toot from The Sky-High City of Steampuff, but as a turd.
