Unfortunately the original, the clone Carnotaurus has osteoderms instead of scaly skin. Like the original, the cloned Carnotaurus still has a pair of horns on top of it's head. The Carnotaurus walks on two legs and has three toes on each foot. The arms of Carnotaurus are shown to have elbows which the original doesn't. Teeth of Carnotaurus are exposed out of it's mouth when closed which the original has lips to cover it like most theropods.

Toro is the only known Carnotaurus to appear throughout the series.
It remains unknown whether Carnotaurus will return in Jurassic World: Chaos Theory.
