Cat Jail is a prison facility found in Dog Man, located within the fictional city, Ohkay City. It is run by the Mayor of Ohkay City's brother and has held at least three prisoners: Petey, Big Jim, and Mr. Whiskers.
Exterior[]
The jail resembles a large rectangle with a black and white striped pattern painted on it. There are various windows "scattered" throughout the jail, revealing it to have at least three stories. On the top of the facility, there is a giant purple-pink alarm, as well as two black speakers at both edges visible. In order to get inside, one would have to go through a big door that is led up to by a staircase.
Interior[]
Not much of the interior is shown within the film, though it is known that within jail cells, the paint style of the black-and-white pattern still appear.
