Reformed characters

We have a new policy regarding how characters can be described on a page. Details about why this is necessary are on RRabbit42's blog.

We are currently looking for people who are interested in becoming administrators. See the Call for admins blog for more details.

Purpose

Displays a pop-up mesage containing announcements, primarily for users who have their preferences set for the Monobook skin, and for some mobile devices like Blackberrys.

Be sure to change the ID number at MediaWiki:Sitenotice id and the one on MediaWiki:Community-corner page so that the pop-up notification will be triggered.

These are characters who used to be evil and/or previously worked with other villains, or worked in their own interests, regardless of others' views/opinions, but later turned good/neutral.
