Count Tickula is a vampiric tick and a recurrent character in the DreamWorks•Netflix's series, Turbo FAST.

Tickula is a vampire tick who is a big fan of Turbo. Although he originally comes off as creepy and even scary to the team, with Whiplash in particular believing that he is looking to suck Turbos blood. Once he reveals that he actually called Turbo there to talk to his son, who he thinks has 'gotten in with a bad crowd', it is revealed just how caring and friendly he really is. His unawareness towards social cues and how others perceive him may be a sign of autism, though it is never explicitly mentioned. After the misunderstanding is cleared up, he becomes friends with the F.A.S.T crew, helping them along in future episodes.
Tickula's relationship with his son is NOT toxic, and yet, he just wants to help him get with better people. But, Edvard thinks that he is a total party-pooper due to this, resulting in maybe an argument that couldn’t be solved unless someone else helps them out. Tickula is just trying to help Edvard grow up, into somewhat of a more ‘ decent ‘ person, and maybe, it’s decided by reputation in the family. He sometimes supports his son’s decisions, he just thinks that he’s in ‘ the wrong crowd ‘ due to his friends being bad influences for him.
Count Tickula is overall, a tick with good morals, it just passes off as either aggressive or mysterious. Like stated earlier, he doesn’t know how to change his tone all that well, which could be linked with Autism. Yet, it is not confirmed. He is a kind, friendly man, who would do anything to help his family out. He just slips up sometimes, and appears spooky, or ‘ weird ‘ due to this. He isn’t seen interacting with much people, outside of maybe turbo and a few others.
Physical Appearance[]
Count Tickula is, as his name would imply, a large tick. He is round in shape, sporting a mostly black outer shell with a white face and underbelly. The black does extend somewhat onto his face, however, in markings resembling a widows peak and sideburns, similar to the one classic Dracula sports. His eyes are red with small black pupils and a heavy black eyeshadow, and he wears a large black cloak with a red inside. He also wears a gold necklace with a three-pointed main part, which is either referencing a cross (which Vampires are famously weak to) or, more likely due to the light nature of the show, its a T- for Tickula. He has four greyish-blue arms, which he can control individually.
