Dr. Octavius Brine, also known as Dave is the main antagonist in Penguins of Madagascar. He is voiced by John Malkovich.
Description
Dr. Octavius Brine is an anger octopus that is always annoyed by his henchmen. He is the arch-enemy of the hi-tech animal secret agent organization known as the "North Wind".
His main objective is to rid the world of humanity. He also has problems with technology, shown in the North Wind Headquarters clip.
