Description
Dr. Octavius Brine is a villainous octopus. He is the arch-enemy of the hi-tech animal secret agent organization known as the "North Wind".
His main objective is to rid the world of two species; penguins and humanity. He also has slight problems with certain kinds of technology, as shown in the North Wind Headquarters clip.
It also seems that Octavious/Dave has some history with the Penguins. Claiming that he and the four were old 'zoo-mates', indicating that he was from the same zoo as they.
