Dave, also known as Dr. Octavius Brine, is the main antagonist in Penguins of Madagascar. He is voiced by John Malkovich.
Description
Dr. Octavius Brine is a villainous octopus. He is the arch-enemy of the hi-tech animal secret agent organization known as the "North Wind", and mostly to the New York Zoo's penguins Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private.
His main objective is to rid the world of two species; penguins and humanity. He also has slight problems with certain kinds of technology, as shown in the North Wind Headquarters clip.
It also seems that Octavious/Dave has some history with the Penguins. Claiming that he and the four were old 'zoo-mates', indicating that he was from the same zoo as them.
