Dean Allan DeBlois (born June 7, 1970) is a Canadian film director, film producer, screenwriter, animator, and film editor. He worked at Walt Disney Animation Studios from the 1990s to 2008, when he moved to DreamWorks Animation, where he wrote and directed the acclaimed How to Train Your Dragon film trilogy.
