Dov Reiser (Hebrew: דב רייזר; born September 28, 1947) is an Israeli actor and voice actor.
Reiser has performed Hebrew voice acting work for many major Disney animated cartoons and films. He is, in fact considered to be one of Israel's most influential dubbers. He has also done some dubbing work for DreamWorks. He voiced Oogway in the Hebrew dub of Kung Fu Panda and Kung Fu Panda 3. He also dubbed Seti I in The Prince of Egypt.
