Itsius Bitsius, better known by his disguise as Dr. Shifty Fitzgibbons, is the overarching protagonist of the fourth season of the DreamWorks•Netflix's series The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants, commonly referred to as The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants: IN SPACE!!!.
Background[]
Dr. Shifty Fitzgibbons is not your typical doctor; in fact, he is far from it. Beyond the façade of a human appearance lies an extraordinary being known as Itsius Bitsian, an alien from the kind known as the Littlelites. Taking on the guise of Dr. Fitzgibbons, Itsius Bitsian has blended seamlessly into human society, all in the name of safeguarding his fellow aliens from the relentless threat posed by the formidable Biglyans. He also helps George, Harold, Captain Underpants, Moxie, the Cosimcops, and the other kids to save the earth from the Biglayns.
Physical Appearance[]
Shifty has a lot of grey hair that surround his entire head, as well as a white mustache and a bead. He has light tan skin and is seen wearing a white lab coat. However, his true appearance shows him as a red bacteria with big, yellow eyes and a mustache.

- Dr. Fitzgibbons not knowing how to get unstuck from a chinese finger trap foreshadows that he's not even human in the series finale.
