Fifi is Rumpelstiltskin's giant pet goose in Shrek Forever After. She is also doubles as his bodyguard and is seen pulling his carriage. Fifi has the appearance of a traditional white goose, except larger and has more emphasis on her fierce qualities (For example, Fifi has prominent sharp teeth. While all geese have these, they are not as noticeable). Within the alternate universe, she lives in Rumpelstiltskin's castle where she is pampered (and apparently much larger). At the end of the movie, she is killed by Fiona, whose high pitched singing causes her to explode - A double take to the first film where Fiona pulls a similar stunt with a bluebird.
