Hulu is an American subscription video-on-demand service fully controlled and majority-owned by Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer & International, a business segment of The Walt Disney Company, with NBCUniversal, owned by Comcast, as an equity stakeholder. In May, 2018, Hulu signed a license deal with Dreamworks, becoming the exclusive streaming home for future DWA movie feature films, as well as library films. Films will be available on the service in 2019, while original series will be available later in 2020. This deal was first in effect when DreamWorks put the third How To Train Your Dragon and Abominable on Hulu instead of Netflix. Hulu and DreamWorks are also working on original series such as Trolls Trollstopia, The Mighty Ones, and Madagascar: A Little Wild.
