The Giant Locust is a genetically modified locust that appeared in DreamWorks•Netflix's series, Jurassic World: Chaos Theory.

The Giant Locusts are about the size of a terrier.
Abilities[]
The Giant Locusts are capable flight like many insects. They are immune to drought, frost, and diseases. The giant locusts have the strength to break glass walls.
Role in the series[]
The Giant Locusts were cloned and genetically engineered by Dr. Henry Wu by the order of Lewis Dodgson to decimate crops from rival companies.
In "Decisions, Decisions...", as Gia slowly walks back into her car while holding Smoothie, she encountered a giant locust on top of her car and flies off. Kenji got spooked by the giant locust and tells Sammy that it is disgusting. The giant locust crawls on the ground and then flies away again. Kenji and Sammy watches the giant locust heads towards the trees until it got eaten by the Pyroraptor.
In "No Escape", a dead giant locust was lying on the ground until it got ran over by Gia's car.
In "Active Pursuit", Darius, Ben, Yasmina, and Davi hear a humming sound coming from the crates. Then a Nasutoceratops charges through and knocked over the crates as it reveals a giant locust coming out of it. Then a whole swarm emerged out of the crates and one of the them lands of Davi's head which scares him. He throws the giant locust and got eaten by the Baryonyx. As more swarms of giant locusts continue to flying around the catacombs, the Baryonyx corners Darius and then opens up another crate with more giant locusts came out which distracts the dinosaur. The group then managed enter the office and trapping themselves as swarms of giant locusts land on the windows. The giant locusts then started to break windows and they make another run for it.
The four of them and a few giant locusts emerged out of the catacombs and entered the abandoned black market. Ben got startled by one individual and managed to hit.
A giant locust appeared and starts flying around which got the attention of Ceratosaurus.
