Ginger the Hen
Ginger the Hen (also called "Baby Doll" or "Doll-Face") is the primary protagonist in Chicken Run. She is a British, intelligent, orange hen and the hens' responsible leader and boss.

Ginger has many plans for how to get out of the fence and escape the chicken coop.
Ginger falls in love with Rocky.
Ginger wears a green knit cap and a cream-colored bandana with small blue flowers on her neck.
Most of Ginger's attempts are ruined when trying to escape with her friends.
Ginger longs to be successful and sometimes gets into trouble when she does so.
