Gladys Sharp is the tertiary antagonist of Over the Hedge. She is the former president of the Home Owners Association and Tiger's former owner.

In the film, Gladys tries to kill RJ and his friends as she has a hatred for wild animals. At the climax, she and Dwayne are knocked into her yard by Vincent and the trio get stung by the Depelter Turbo.

• She is similar to Cruella De Vil from One Hundred and One Dalmatians: Both are animal haters, and then later get arrested and they are both the main antagonists in their movies, Cruella is the main antagonist of A Hundred and One Dalmatians, and Gladys is the main antagonist of Over the Hedge.
