The Glass Caster is a Tracker Class dragon that appeared in the DreamWorks•Hulu series, Dragons: The Nine Realms.

Behavior[]
The Glass Caster displays a strong inclination towards aggression and territorial behavior.
The Glass Caster has also exhibited a unique hunting behavior, wherein it constructs traps using glass walls or cages to capture prey. It has demonstrated this behavior by ensnaring both the humans and dragons, subsequently returning at a later time to feed on them, although they all managed to escape.
Physical Appearance[]
The Glass Caster is a wingless dragon with a quadrupedal body structure. It has a hyena-like mane on top of its neck and a tufted fur at the tip of its tail. The Glass Caster has prominent ears, bushy eyebrows, a curved nasal horn, and elongated teeth that extend laterally from its head. It has jagged spines along its back. It's feet has long sharp claws.

Season 7[]
In "Heart of Glass", the Dragon Riders along with Wilma and Linda encounter a Glass Caster.
Season 8[]
In "Ragnarok: Part 1", when Tom and Jun arrive at the Desert Realm to sandstone to create Gronckle Iron in the Glass Tower but they see the Glass Caster running through them and hides behind the glass pillar. Jun sees that the Glass Caster is scared and shaking because of Jörmungandr upsetting the natural order.
In "Ragnarok: Part 2", the Glass Caster watches Thunder fly through the Desert Realm as the new king after Jörmungandr was defeated.
