Purpose
Displays a pop-up mesage containing announcements, primarily for users who have their preferences set for the Monobook skin, and for some mobile devices like Blackberrys.
The Great Watcher is known to be very wise and kind. She has been known to watch over all living things. She gets disappointed to anyone who misuses the magical creatures for selfish needs and will take them away. She can also take away people for having great mistakes and their hearts too dark. However, take away people who still have a bright heart despite letting their anger took over.

The Great Watcher wears a light blue silk robe with floating yellow sash. She has long black hair. She wears light purple makeup on both her upper eyelids.
