Gretched is a recurring character in Shrek Forever After. She is a member of the Ogre Resistance.

Gretched is known to determined and strong ogress. She is a formidable member of the ogre resistance to fight against Rumpelstiltskin to free Far Far Away.
Physical Appearance[]
Gretched is a large female ogre with red chin length hair. Her clothes consist of a red skirt, brown shirt a belt with a spiked buckle and sandals.
Role in the film[]
Gretched is first seen planning a way to stop Rumpelstiltskin and end his reign of terror. Alongside the other ogres, She is hiding as ogres are targeted by Rumpelstiltskin. When she and the others see Shrek for the first time, they don’t know what to think of him as he doesn’t exist in the timeline. Later on she is seen using her ears as a trumpet.
Later on, the Pied Piper controls her and the other ogres. After being freed, she and the other ogres are seen fighting off witches and at the last moments, after Shrek returns to his reality, she and the others disintegrate.
She is last seen singing I'm a Believer in the credits.
