Harper has turquoise skin, but is covered in yellow, pink, and blue paint splotches. This applies to her hair as well. She has a blue nose, a red right eye, and a green left eye. Harper wears a cream dress with a pocket with what appears to be either crayons or brushes.

- Harper was the main protagonist of a Trolls prequel book titled Follow Your Art.
- Despite being a minor character in the first film, she had a large amount of merchandise made for her.
- In promotional artwork and the two series, Harper has hair as long as most other trolls, but in the film, she has short hair.
- This is because in the film, Harper's model is an edited child troll model.
