Purpose
Displays a pop-up mesage containing announcements, primarily for users who have their preferences set for the Monobook skin, and for some mobile devices like Blackberrys.
Hope is a tall, beautiful, pear-shaped and tan-skinned woman with green eyes, rosy-cheeks, pale-maroon lips and long, knee-length, dark brown hair that is tied into low-twin braids with green hair ties, presumably leaves. Her hair also has a single white streak on the right side.
For clothing, Hope sported a color scheme consisting of shades of green and blue, which consists of stone earrings with a gradient of cyan-blue and teal-green, as well as a rope necklace with an orb-like pendant, having the same gradient as her earrings. She wears a sleeveless, V-neck dress with a gradient of green, sea-green and ocean-blue, somewhat resembling the ocean, and a pair of turquoise sandals with ocean-blue straps.
