Jess Q. Harnell (born December 23, 1963) is an American voice actor and singer. He voiced several characters in Toonsylvania, Issachar and Lead Trader in Joseph: King of Dreams, Vincent and King Rat in the Over the Hedge video game, Pirate Captain, Peasant Actor and Evil Knight 3 in the Shrek the Third video game, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Bill Clinton, Isaac Newton and New York City cop in Mr. Peabody & Sherman and Dean Cuizeen in Turbo FAST.
He is best known for voicing Wakko Warner in Animaniacs, Crash Bandicoot in the video game franchise of the same name and Cedric the Sorcerer in Sofia the First.
Harnell has been the announcer for America's Funniest Home Videos since 1998.
