Caitlin Ellie "Kate" Flores-Prescott is a supporting character in the DreamWorks series, Spirit Riding Free. She is Lucky Prescott's teacher and stepmother.

Kate is an orphan whose parents are never seen in the series except for in a single photograph.
When Lucky first came to Miradero Kate was one of the only people not looking at Lucky with shock.
In season 7, she married Jim and was expecting a baby. In season 8 she gave birth to Polly Prescott the half-sister of Lucky Prescott.
