He resembles an ironically overweight person with light-peach skin. He is seen wearing a grey hoodie, a whistle around his neck, and a hat with a purple ending and a white middle with the words "PDS ALF" written on them.
Role in the film[]
He first appears throwing a basketball into a hoop with a few children watching, though since there was gum stuck on the ball, the ball was catapulted back into his face as the kids laugh at him. Later in the film, Captain Underpants disguised as Benjamin Krupp sends him to detention.
