Though there are absolutely no questions, Kowalski's intelligence (something everyone is very aware of) he is known to constantly brag about it, using every single, available chance to show off. Due to his bad habit of his been displayed skipper has created a showoff jar; a special glass jar, in which Kowalski must submit a quarter each time he boasts or brags too much. These shining moments of his been displayed constantly throughout the series, such in the Episode night and the Daze (in though he received no penalty in this episode helmet).

Kowalski is a Male penguin who resides in Central Park Zoo located in Manhattan, New York City, is one of the main Characters of Penguins of Madagascar. He is the 2nd in command, as well as head straightly & the Scientist of the team, considering of the other the penguins: Skipper, Rico, and Private.
