Kowaslski is a Male penguin who resides in Central Park Zoo located in Manhattan, New York City, is one of the main Characters of Penguins of Madagascar. He is the 2nd in command, as well as head straghtey & the Scientist of the team , consisinding of the other the penguins : Skipper, Rico, and private.
Trivia
- In Skipper's team Kowalski act as the Brains of the Team. Usually he carries a notepad and a Pencil to draw his plans and designs.
