Margot is energetic and upbeat. Being a theater kid, her need for dramatization is something that she emphasizes very clearly through her vocabulary.
She loves her squad of Ruby, Trevin, and Bliss. Being the most genuine of the group, it results in a type of honesty that can be brutal at times, but in contrast, can also be loving.

Margot is a human with tan skin, pink and peach dyed hair and brown eyes and black eyelashes. She also wears white glasses.
Her outfit consists of a red jacket with green and white gingham cuffs, a white t-shirt with a golden star pattern and a double rainbow pin, a dark blue skirt with green wavy lines, green socks and red combat boots. She also has a green scrunchie on her left wrist and a brown schoolbag that she carries with her.

- Margot seems to be a lesbian, as she goes to prom with a girl named Kayla. She also wears several rainbow accessories, which are a symbol of gay pride.[1] Additionally, her hair is dyed to resemble the lesbian pride flag, but it wasn’t event mentioned in the film.
- Iman Vellani was originally offered for the role but turned it down because she is already committed to The Marvels, Keke Palmer, Marsai Martin, Amandla Stenberg, and China Anne McLain were also in consideration, but the coveted role of Margot goes to Lisa Koshy.
