Marlene is a minor antagonist in DreamWorks' 2025 live-action/hybrid feature film Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie. She is Vera's pet cat.

Marlene is known to enjoy playingher ball of yarn. She enjoys doing yoga with Vera and mastering different poses. Marlene doesn't like it when Vera put a different cat in her commercial instead of herself.
Physical Appearance[]
Marlene is a tabby cat with gray fur and dark stripes. She has green eyes and a small pink nose.
Role in the film[]
Vera was driving in her car with Marlene until she stops and notices the dollhouse. As Vera exited out her car, she gives Marlene a ball of yarn to play with while she checks the dollhouse.
After arriving back home, Vera carries Marlene as they look at the dollhouse that is now part of her cat collection. Marlene becomes silent for not being impressed anymore and Vera puts her down in the floor.
Marlene watches Vera checks on her tablet to watch the new Pretty Glitter Kitty Litter ad that the agents sent out. However, Marlene crossed with Vera when she put a different cat to play as her cat for the ad instead of her real pet cat. Marlene moves away on her small vehicle after being upset towards Vera and then sees Gabby and Pandy but they managed to get away from her.
Then Marlene goes for dip at the pool in a floaty to relief her anger towards Vera.
Marlene came back from the pool and Vera wonders if she is not mad at her and she answers her meow as in yes. Marlene and Vera heard sneeze from Pandy. Then the doorbell ring while Marlene drinks a glass cup of milk. Vera then orders Marlene to bring her yoga mat.
Marlene then starts doing yoga poses with Vera. Marlene then starts to challenge Vera with different poses. Marlene starts with the sitting pose, Swedish can opener, licking her foot, disappointed panda, French detective, Santa's cousin, last pose was the Keanu where she stands tall using only her tail for balance. Marlene sees Vera falls down after seeing Gigi, Pandy, DJ Catnip, and Carlita passing through and begs for help.
Vera continues to relax her stress while Marlene rest in her cat bed. Then Marlene gives a bang on the gong.
Marlene sits at the wooden shelves and watches Vera having fun with the Kitty Rangers.
