She resembles an African-American eldery woman with braided black-white hair. She wears yellow glasses and the typical cop uniform: a blue hat and shirt with a yellow badge on both. However, Milly's shirt has white long sleeves and a white collar, likely to differentiate herself from other cops as the second-in-command. She also has freckles.
