Mongo is Gingy's Brother that appears in Shrek 2

In the 2nd Shrek movie Mongo was created by the Muffin Man as Livestock so that he could help Shrek stop the kiss. While traveling to the castle one of his gumdrop buttons was destroyed by the castle guards However he falls into the moat, while trying to hold down the castle's draw bridge.
Mongo could be seen singing with the rest of the gang, but he is still drowning.
