Purpose
Displays a pop-up mesage containing announcements, primarily for users who have their preferences set for the Monobook skin, and for some mobile devices like Blackberrys.
When Odlulu and Fritz steals Wizard Amber's dinosaur fossil collection by using the Dino Key to revive the dinosaurs as ultimate pets, Waldo and Wenda helps Amber use their dino knowledge to wrangle these prehistoric animals.

When Waldo and Wenda leave their home because Wizard Whitebeard called them for something very important. Wizard Whitebeard tells about the holes he dug up outside.
Waldo, Wenda, and Wizard Amber encountered a living Stegosaurus. Wizard Amber was so surprised to see it alive.
When the Tarbosaurus was revived from a fossil by Odlulu with the Dino Key, he attacks Odlulu, Fritz and other dinosaurs to chase them down where the Wanderers searching for Wizard Amber's other bones and fossils, causing Waldo tells Woof to jump into his hat safety. After something scared them, the Tarbosaurus comes to roar and the Wanderers were horrified when they see him. Wizard Amber describes that he is a main predator to all the preys (mostly the other dinosaurs), which Waldo decides to build the Dino-Wrangler-anator so he can wrangle the Tarbosaurus to protect other dinosaurs while Wenda and Wizard Amber save Odlulu and Fritz from the Pterodactyl to get the key.
During the rescue mission, the Tarbosaurus is about to kill the Protoceratops while Waldo comes to defend him. As Waldo and the Protoceratops escape, the Tarbosaurus chase down Waldo and attempting to eat him. He stops to roar with anger and continue to chase Waldo, which it's now up to Wenda and Amber to get a magic key so the two can rescue Waldo after saving Odlulu and Fritz from the Pterodactyl. While the Tarbosaurus is still chasing Waldo, he pedals the Dino-Wrangler-anator to speed up from the Tarbosaurus and trying to make him lose his prey. After Wenda retrieves the Dino Key and rescue Odlulu and Fritz, he gets zapped by Wenda with the magic key who using it to save Waldo and turn him back into a fossil.
