In "The Mystery Of The Golden Unicorn", Mystery running through the woods and PALMs see her lighting and they decided to follow her. The girls encounter her and Mystery do her rearing pose. Mystery then starts feeding on grass but she disappeared instantly. Mystery then got her legs tangled by thorny vines. Lucky then approaches and tries to calm her down but she's starting to feel nervous. Then Spirit Jr. approaches Mystery and he freed by biting off the vines and Mystery stares at him silently before leaving.
Back at the ranch, Maricela meets the PALs and shows them her goodie bags for her dog and Mystery shows up and approaches her from behind. Maricela then got startled by Mystery but starts to get interested in her. Mystery starts sniffing at Maricela's bag filled with macaroons and Maricela decided to give her some. Abigail checks on her wound and declares that they will heal. Mystery then raise her right front leg and Lucky sees that she's wearing horse shoes making her not wild.
After having no luck finding the owner, the girls then take Mystery to the ranch. She then start displaying her moves and Pru recognize them and believes that Mystery is a show horse. As Lucky begins to return Mystery to the man but when sees Carlisle; she panicked and ran away through the side door.
The PALs then found Mystery and run into Maricela bringing out her perfume. Mystery then starts sniffing out the Maricela's perfume gets interested in it.
In "The Palomino Family Affair", Mystery along with Maricela arrived from the train and meets with the other horses. Mystery and Spirit Jr. both missed each other even more as they rubbed each other.
In "Palentine's Day", Mystery walks with Maricela as she tries to ask a Turo to the Valentine's Day Dance but she was grossed out and walked away. Maricela then tells Mystery that she will have to attend the Valentine's Day Dance alone.
