Purpose
Displays a pop-up mesage containing announcements, primarily for users who have their preferences set for the Monobook skin, and for some mobile devices like Blackberrys.
Natalia is a female fox who has golden-yellow fur and white muzzle, underbelly, paws, stockings, and three triangle-shaped lines tattooed on her forehead. Her nine tails resemble a peacock; at the end of her nine tails, they are mostly white with a yellow stripe in the middle. She also has orange eye patches and eye-shaped markings at the end of her tails. Speaking of eyes, Natalia is heterochromic, having a blue left eye and violet right eye.
