The Nobel Moderator is a minor character in the DreamWorks film, Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie.

Despite her old age, she is shown to act childish, laughing at the name of Professor Poopypants and saying it was really "fun" to say it. Besides this instance, however, it can be presumed she takes things very seriously.
Physical Appearance[]
She resembles an elderly woman with white hair and yellow glasses with blue lenses. She is seen wearing a light-green shirt with yellowgreen outlines.
Role in the film[]
She only appears within a flashback to Professor Poopypants, where during a nobel peace prize presentation, Poopypants wins the nobel peace prize. However, when announcing his name, the nobel moderator starts laughing at it, with the rest of the audience following. In a fit of rage, Poopypants uses his invention to shrink the nobel moderator. This event of being embarrassed in front of the whole planet would descend Poopypants into a villain, using his inventions for evil rather than good.
As the end credits reveal, the nobel moderator is still shrunken down.
