Officer McPiggly is a minor character in the DreamWorks film, Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie.

Personality[]
While he is rarely seen in the film, in all instances in the film he is shown to have a very small temper, and is tend to get mad a lot.
Physical Appearance[]
He resembles an African-American middle-aged (and slightly overweight) man with a bushy black mustache. He is seen wearing a blue hat and a buttoned blue shirt with police badges on both his hat and shirt. His shirt sleeves both also have two yellow strips printed on them. He also wears glasses.
Role in the film[]
He first appears when two bank robbers are defeated by Captain Underpants, who accidentally landed on them. After arresting the robbers, McPiggly starts to question the superhero, though George Beard and Harold Hutchins just state that it was their grandfather sleepwalking.
He later appears when the Jerome Horwitz Elementary School is apprehended by Professor Poopypants, however before he can ask any questions, Captain Underpants, George and Harold fly away.
Trivia[]
- In the books, he is accompanied by the police chief. However, in the film, the chief is not even mentioned.
