Ozzie is one of the characters of Over the Hedge. He is the father of Heather.

Appearance

He is Virginia Opossum (Didelphis virginiana) and has blue eyes.

Personality

He is a dramatic and always playing dead. He plays dead in response to even the slightest things that happen to him (Such as; a sleet of snow falling on his head; taking the phrase "to die for" literally) much to Heather's embarrassment.
