She resembles a young adult with black hair similar to that of the Mayor's book counterpart. She wears a white suit with a magenta-pink-striped purple shirt.
Role in the film[]
When Dog Man is finally finished with a long day, he comes inside his house when he was Officer Knight and Greg the Dog. However, when he comes in, he finds that the realtor had taken down everything in the house, before she comes in and reveals that Officer Knight's (now ex) girlfriend had sold their house and moved away, getting another pet on top of that. Afterwards, Dog Man finds a tennis ball that Knight, Greg, and Alice possessed, with the name "Greg" stitched into it, and asks for it. However, the realtor simply throws the ball outside, and when Dog Man catches it, she shuts the door.
