They act very childish despite being adults, especially when being around Flippy's deceased body.
Physical Appearances[]
Rocco resembles an African-American adult with yellow-construction worker like clothing. He wears an orange construction hat and safety goggles and is seen with a black mustache.
Janet appears very similar to another minor character in the film, the Scientist, having black hair shown worn the same way. She has the same clothing as Rocco.
Role in the film[]
They find Flippy's deceased body clogging a pressure valve, and after taking it out, they have lunch discussing the fish before throwing it in the trash. However, they miss, and Flippy punctures a container of Living Spray. The Living Spray goes through the whole building, turning it into a Beasty Building, as the two workers run away and are never seen for the rest of the film.
