Sam Rockwell (born November 5, 1968) is an American actor. He is known for his various film and television roles, most notably portraying distressed police officer Jason Dixon in the crime drama film, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

For DreamWorks, he performed the voice of Hickory in Trolls World Tour, and Mr. Wolf in The Bad Guys films.
