Purpose
Displays a pop-up mesage containing announcements, primarily for users who have their preferences set for the Monobook skin, and for some mobile devices like Blackberrys.
Sandy is the four-year-old (5-year-old in The Croods: A New Age) baby of the Crood family. She is good at hunting, like the other members of the Crood family.

Sandy is small and has brown hair, brown eyes, a fur dress, and hair tied into pigtails with centipedes. She is also 3 ants tall.

Sandy shares her name with the sandman from Rise of the Guardians, the last DreamWorks Animation film to be released before The Croods. Coincidentally, both characters are also the only silent characters out of the main cast of their respective films.
