The Shark was a minor antagonist in the DreamWorks film, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.
Background[]
It was first seen when Mort landed on a beach after falling off a plane. The shark made an attempt to eat Mort and followed him across the savanna. Later in the film, Mort appears inside the volcano with Maurice and Julien. The shark, close at hand, jumps out at them, only to fall into the volcano and burn to death.
Trivia[]
- This shark resembles a great white shark, though is much smaller than the actual species (though it could have been a jeuvenile).
- Real life sharks could not even survive this long on land.
- A similar-looking shark appeared in "The Return of the Revenge of Dr. Blowhole", an episode of The Penguins of Madagascar.
