In the Darklands, two Gumm-Gumm take and lock Jim in a prison cell. Dictatious orders the two goblins to strip his armor off but didn't work. Jim tries to attack Dictatious but the barrier prevents him. He confronts Dictatious about Blinky finds out about him. Dictatious orders Jim to behave and explains that the Dark Underlord listens to him. He then tells him to reserve his strength before leaving him.
Claire uses her shadow staff and watches the council talk. Queen Usurna believes that the Trollhunter has gone too far and the denizens of Trollmarket will not be safe until Killahead Bridge is destroyed for good but Vendel reminds her that pieces cannot be destroyed. Queen Usurna then informs him that they can be thrown into a hole so deep that no one can find them and Vendel tells if there is a place for them that he cannot agree to. He sees that she is trying to sign the Jim's death warrent. She then tells him that Jim signed himself as he crossed into the Darklands. She declares to him that the edict has already been made that Killahead Bridge will never be found again and Claire gasps about hearing it.
At Claire's house, her parents enjoy watching their son Enrique fast asleep and Claire feeling happy about them. She heads to her bedroom and check a picture of Jim on her phone as she gets worried about him. NotEnrique cheers her up that she'll see him again. Claire sees that NotEnrique is leaving and he explains to her that her real brother back from Darklands and realizes that he'll remain a Changling forever. Claire asks him what is he going to do and he answers her that the Trollmarket isn't his style and rather find either a comfy hole or a train down to Trouble Town which has no reason to stay anymore. Claire offers NotEnrique her stuffed bunny Suzy to keep her. Claire then asks him to help bring Jim back and agreed.
