Steven Jay "Steve" Blum (born April 28, 1960) is an American voice actor, known for his distinctive, raspy voice. For DreamWorks Animation, he performed the voices of Tai Lung and a vulture in the Kung Fu Panda video games, Rockwell in Turbo FAST, and Jindiao in Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny.

He is best known for his extensive voice work in anime, western animation, and video games, such as Orochimaru and Zabuza Momochi in Naruto Series, Flamedramon, Poromon and BlackWarGreymon in Digimon Adventure 02, Guilmon in Digimon Tamers, J.P. Shibayama, Beetlemon in Digimon Frontier, Falcomon in Digimon Data Squad, Vilgax, Heatblast Starscream in Transformers Prime, and Ghostfreak in Ben 10 and Darcia in Wolf's Rain.
