Tabitha Templeton is one of the tritagonists in the DreamWorks film, The Boss Baby: Family Business. She is the first born daughter of Tim and Carol, the older sister of Tina, and the granddaughter of Ted and Janice.

Tabitha is a very diligent, studious and highly intelligent girl, as evidenced by her ability to correctly answer the questions asked by Erwin Armstrong. She holds a deep admiration for her uncle Ted and dreams of succeeding and becoming as wealthy as him. Initially, she struggled to sing properly in front of people. However, following Marcos Lightspeed's advice, mostly unaware about him being her father til the end, she gained confidence and began singing effortlessly in front of an audience.

She appears more as her father in the first film, and is seen with fair skin, blue eyes, and a light purple stripe shirt. In the second film and TV series, she is of mixed race and mostly looks like her mom with short brown hair and purple eyes.
For her pajamas, she dons her white shirt with a blue planet in the center and wears long pants with stars on them.
