Tina Lily Templeton is one of the tritagonists in the DreamWorks film, The Boss Baby: Family Business. She is second born daughter of Tim and Carol, and the younger sister of Tabitha Templeton.
Background[]
Tina is a new boss baby in Baby Corp who is way to adorable and on a mission to reunite the Templeton Brothers and find the dark secrets behind her older sister, Tabitha's school and it's mysterious founder.
She joins Tim's family as the second and youngest child. She also makes a new formula that transforms an adult to an infant for 48 hours (2 days), which helps the Templeton Brothers to turn back into children.
Personality[]
Tina Templeton is very confident nice and is a good leader. She is a very good baby who wants her dad and uncle to get a better relationship. She is also a very funny baby who often squeals in excitement. She is very cute and loves her family.
Physical Appearance[]
Tina is a baby with fair skin with brownish-red hair tied up in pigtails and big green eyes. She wears the exact suit of her uncle Theodore but wears a different tie of which is bigger at the bottom and is the color yellow. Tina also has a golden pacifier.
In first film, she has blond hair with same pigtails and blue eyes.

- The tie she wears is a clip-on tie.
- She & her Uncle Ted are the main characters of Back in the Crib.
- Her Voice Actor is related to David Sedaris, an author, both her and Alec Baldwin were involved in literature related activities (Sedaris' Brother wrote books, while Alec Baldwin narrated Season 5-6, and Played Mr. Conductor in Thomas and Friends).
- Ironically, Baldwin voiced one of the Guardians, which one of them is based on the Tooth Fairy, and Sedaris Plays the Tooth Fairy in the Yo Gabba Gabba episode "Teeth".
- Her hair probably changed because of scientific hair genetics.
- She is mixed race (maybe half or partially Latina)
