Thomas "Tom" McGrath is a Madagascar director, who has performed the voice of Skipper the Penguin in The Penguins of Madagascar, Madagascar, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, and Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted, Action Figure and Artist the Rat in Flushed Away and Wilson in Monsters vs. Aliens. He is currently working as co-creator and voice of Skipper the Penguin in The Penguins of Madagascar, along with Eric Darnell. He is now in production of directing Megamind (which he voiced Lord Scott and Prison Guard), which was released on November 5, 2010 and The Boss Baby, earning a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature for the latter.
